Delivery

Our Service it's a commitment to your satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive service designed to handle every detail and give you a seamless experience.

You will  receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for delivery, and set up delivery date accordingly.

Flat rate shipping - All orders will be delivered for a flat fee to anywhere in GTA area. Customers may choose to upgrade to optional White glove delivery. Please note, deliveries to some remote areas may be charged extra.

Our carriers will make every attempt possible to accommodate customer requests for delivery dates and times, but reserve the right to refuse specific days of the week based on availability and routing. Shipping prices are calculated on website prices before discounts, coupon codes, and/or vouchers are applied.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse, including damaged or defective shipments. Any additional charges accrued with the delivery company will be transferred to the customer. These include, but are not limited to, isolated zip or postal codes (e.g. back road, islands etc.), missed attempted delivery charges, weekend delivery, storage fees, additional delivery services and other potential charges associated with the order. Once an order has been set up for shipment we cannot accept any changes to the product(s) ordered. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Nunavut is not available, and shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not available. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the order from shipment to delivery.  

Please allow the lead time 12-16 weeks for Custom order or non-stock products. 

IN-STORE PICK-UP

You will  receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for pick-up at the store. In-store pick-up orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive at the store. The original receipt or e-mail receipt is required at the time of pick-up.

Please ensure the vehicle used for the pick-up will accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies on merchandise leaving the  store in its original packaging. Hoya Casa personnel is not responsible for carrying the merchandise out of the store nor loading it into your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that cannot be loaded into your vehicle due to the weight and/or dimensions of the merchandise.

When picking up your furniture:

  • We are not responsible for damage done to your vehicle

  • It is the customer's responsibility to return items to the pick-up center for service

  • Customer is responsible to load merchandise to their vehicle. No assistance is provided by our pick-up staff unless a liability release is signed by the customer accepting full responsibility.

  • Inspect your furniture upon pick up

  • We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after pick up

  • Customer is responsible for all assembly

  • Customer accepts full responsibility for loading and securing merchandise in or to their vehicle

  • We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise during customer transportation
